Copper Peptides for Scar Reduction and Wrinkle Repair

These days, copper peptides are found in many wrinkle creams. But they have been used for many years in hospitals to treat wounds, especially in patients with specific conditions like AIDS, where their skin is much more vulnerable and heal slowly.

Perhaps the most astounding property of copper peptides is their ability to lessen scars, no matter how old these scars are (whereas Vitamin E oil or aloe vera tends to be effective only on fresh scars from recent wounds.)

Unlike other topicals, the use of copper peptides on skin require quite a bit of user understanding for optimum results, and to avoid any temporary side effects.

  1. Hey. Love the site and the free or ‘low-cost’ solutions offered. Seems to be the perfect anecdote for the economic times.

You say that the copper peptides were used in hospitals for burn victims. Is there a way to buy them in a more ‘pure’ form and not buried in a small quantity as an active ingredient in a marked up cosmetic?

As an aside, I’d heard of people using the citric acid in lemon juice to color (lighten) their hair – but i gotta read some of these others…”Cure Earl Infections w/ Garlic”? cool.

  2. I still have old scars on the forearm was derived from the tattoo. Will this tool help? I do not see in the comments reviews … unfortunately
